How to Redeem Prizes and Coins on Chumba Spins
Know Which Chumba Spins Coins Can Qualify for Prizes
Chumba Spins keeps its virtual currencies separate, and they do not all have the same purpose:
- Gold Coins (GC) are for entertainment-only gameplay. They have no monetary value and cannot be redeemed, transferred, or converted into Sweeps Coins.
- Sweeps Coins (SC) are free promotional entries for eligible sweepstakes games. They are not automatically redeemable: only qualifying winnings from SC play can be used to request a prize.
- Tournament credits and complimentary GC spins are limited to their designated games or events. They cannot be redeemed or used to meet SC playthrough requirements.
The key distinction is between your total SC balance and your eligible winnings. Promotional SC must first be played according to its requirements. Unplayed promotional SC cannot be redeemed directly.
How Sweeps Coins Become Eligible
Promotional SC requires one completed play at 1x its credited value before winnings from that play can qualify for redemption. For example, if an offer credits 1 SC, complete the required play with that SC before treating any resulting eligible winnings as redeemable. Qualifying winnings do not have another promotional playthrough requirement.
Only SC-enabled, non-progressive slots count toward this requirement, with eligible play contributing 100%. Progressive-jackpot games, table games, and video poker do not accept unplayed promotional SC. GC gameplay, complimentary GC spins, and tournament credits do not count toward SC playthrough.
When playing in SC mode, unplayed promotional SC is used before eligible winnings. Check your transaction history to distinguish promotional credits from winnings that have met the playthrough condition. Unplayed promotional SC expires 60 days after it is credited; eligible winnings do not expire simply because an offer ends.
Ways to Get Promotional Sweeps Coins
Eligible SC may be available through free rewards and promotions, or included with a GC package as a free promotional amount. Purchases buy GC only; any SC shown with a package is supplied free. A matching free SC entry route is available for qualifying offers under Rewards → Free SC Entry, subject to the same entitlement and offer window.
Examples of free SC opportunities include the welcome reward, daily login rewards, Spin Passport milestones, birthday reward, and monthly Community Drop. The welcome reward includes 1.50 SC and must be claimed within seven days of registration after email and mobile verification. Daily login rewards range from 0.10 to 0.50 SC, depending on the day of the streak. Offer timing, eligibility, and claim instructions can differ, so check the Rewards page and the terms shown with each offer.
Minimum Redemption Amounts and Prize Value
The minimum request is 100 eligible SC for a cash prize or 25 eligible SC for a gift card. Each eligible SC represents $1 of prize value. These minimums apply to eligible winnings, not simply to an SC balance that includes unplayed promotional coins.
The available cash-payment and gift-card options depend on your jurisdiction and what appears in your account. Check the redemption area and current sweepstakes rules for the options available to you. The supplied rules do not list a separate promotional redemption cap, but game payout limits and published sweepstakes prize limits still apply. If a transaction limit or maximum is displayed in your account, follow that limit.
How to Request a Prize Redemption
Once your account is eligible and your balance meets the minimum, use the redemption area on the Chumba Spins website or in your account:
- Sign in and review your SC balance and transaction history. Confirm that the amount you plan to use is listed as eligible winnings, not unplayed promotional SC.
- Complete any requested identity, residence, or location verification. Prize requests are issued only to the verified account holder.
- Open the account’s prize redemption area and review the cash and gift-card choices available in your location.
- Select a prize option and enter an amount that meets its minimum. For a cash prize, the supported payment account must be in your name.
- Check the details and submit the request. Keep an eye on your account’s redemption or transaction information for status updates.
The exact payment and gift-card choices can vary by jurisdiction. If an option is not displayed for your account, do not assume it is available. You can also review the Chumba Spins overview and the platform’s current rules for account-specific details.
Verification, Age, and Location Rules
Players must be at least 21, or meet a higher local minimum age where applicable, and be physically present in a permitted jurisdiction. Chumba Spins may require identity, residence, and location checks to claim SC, and verification is required before prize redemption.
Cash-prize requests must use a supported payment account belonging to the verified account holder. Make sure your account information matches your verification documents. One account is permitted per person. Multiple accounts, inaccurate identity details, location circumvention, automated claiming, collusion, or payment fraud can affect reward eligibility. Self-excluded accounts cannot claim rewards, enter events, or purchase GC.
Processing Times and Pending Requests
Standard prize review takes three to five business days after complete documentation is received. Payment-provider delivery time is additional, so the full time until a prize arrives may vary by payment method and provider.
A request may remain pending while documentation or eligibility checks are being completed. Incorrect or mismatched account details, incomplete documents, a payment account in another person’s name, an amount below the applicable minimum, or an ineligible coin balance may also delay or prevent processing.
Check the redemption status and any messages in your account before submitting another request. The available information does not specify whether a pending request can be canceled. If you need to change or cancel one, contact support promptly and ask whether it can still be stopped.
Why a Redemption May Be Rejected or Canceled
Review these common eligibility issues if a request does not go through:
- The request is below 100 eligible SC for a cash prize or 25 eligible SC for a gift card.
- The balance includes unplayed promotional SC rather than eligible winnings.
- Verification is incomplete, or the account details do not match the documents or payment account.
- The player does not meet the age or location requirements.
- The selected prize or payment option is not available in the player’s jurisdiction.
- A game payout limit or published sweepstakes prize limit applies.
- The account or activity has triggered a review under the platform’s participation rules.
Gold Coins, tournament credits, and GC-spin winnings are not substitutes for eligible SC winnings. Trying to redeem them does not convert them into prize value. If a request is rejected, review the account notice and transaction history to identify the issue before making another request.
Get Help With Missing Coins or a Delayed Request
For a missing SC credit, pending redemption, or rejected request, contact Chumba Spins support through the FAQ or chat, or email vip@chumbaspincasino.com. Include your account email, the offer or redemption involved, the date of the transaction, and any status message you received. Avoid sending sensitive identity documents by email unless support specifically directs you to an approved secure method.
Before requesting a prize, verify that your SC has completed the required playthrough, confirm that the eligible winnings meet the correct minimum, and check that your account and payment details are accurate. Those checks can help prevent avoidable delays and make the redemption process clearer.
